I had surgery on knee approved by DOL in early December. Haven't worked since. Submitted ca-7's since then. Haven't got any payment yet. Can someone tell me what the following means:

Current Case Status UD - 12/21/2011 - Under Development

Following are what's shown under compensation tracking.

Decision Code, Date, & Description

11 - 2011-12-21 Developed - LWOP

11 - 2011-12-21 Developed - LWOP

01 - 2012-01-04 Undecided - LWOP

Thanks I am getting pretty desperate at this point.

This means that they've made a decision on two of the CA-7's and are still making a decision on the third. If they're going to deny the claim, then you would receive a formal decision with appeal rights.

If you continue to check CQS, you should see it change to either denied or paid.

Anything that relates to compensation (being paid) is supposed to be done timely. It's supposed to be the most important thing.

My advice is don't let them drag their feet.
